Featuring a brand new 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with a 5 minute walk to the beach along a new boardwalk, you will feel like you are at your own beach house, complete with all the decor and amenities. As part of the Pioneer Ridge Vacations family, we ensure you have all the comforts of home while away: pet-friendly, fresh linens and towels, TVs in every room (Roku, G0ogle Cast, Apple AirPlay compatible), high-speed wireless Internet, board games, books, beach equipment, and more. Kids love Paradise Paws with their own Kids Nook off the living room. Enjoy the sunrises from the bay across the street and the sunsets from the ocean and bay. Paradise Paws is located in Villa Del Sol, a new, under-construction, gated community that will feature a community swimming pool and pickle ball courts (both coming in 2023) and future bay access. Looking for something to do or eat? Paradise Paws is an easy walk to great places. Scallop Republic is home to the largest draft beer selection on the Cap and live music. Smokehouse BBQ is the newest restaurant featuring the best BBQ on the Florida panhandle. Up the road, you'll find Weber's Donuts (get there early!), St. Joe's Shrimp Company (best shrimp around), Peachy's Beach Eats (delicious tacos), Cape Coffee and Ice Cream, Scully's Low Country Boil, Long Bill's (check out the fresh catch and pizzas), and Cone Heads (try the po' boys). Two groceries stores, Cape Trading Post and Scallop Cove General Store offer a variety of essentials for cooking and grilling. T.H. Stone Memorial St. Joseph Peninsula State Park is at the end of the Cape, offering hiking trails and bird watching. Up at Indian Pass, the Indian Pass Raw Bar has some of the freshest seafood in the area.

The place was great and an easy walk to the beach. The beach wasn't crowded and it was beautiful. We saw a huge pod of dolphins close up to the beach the first day. Stupid little nit picky things. The bedrooms don't have black out curtains and the thing blinds they have let tons of light in, from the master you get woken up to car lights from the main street because of the blinds. For the kids room its really hard to put kids down for a nap cause you can't make it dark. Another little thing, the beach supplies i would just check before you go. There was one very small umbrella and lots of broken stuff in the garage from previous travelors like old chairs and beach toys.

The house was very clean with ana.azing amount of space. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, cutting boards and sharp knives. The pool was warm and well kept. It was only a few steps from the house. There were pickleball raquets at the house with a court next to the pool. A great family game! We enjoyed the bikes and the wagon for beach supplies. The neighborhood was quiet and very friendly. Andy, the host, was excellent. He went out of his way for anything we needed!!

We really enjoyed this cozy and comfortable home! We spent time at the beach and even crossed the street to go to the Bay. Kitchen was well equipped and the couch was so comfy. Would definitely stay here again!

This house is the perfect getaway for a multi-family group. We stayed here with our two grown daughters along with their husbands, one toddler and one petite beagle. The playroom was a super cute and enjoyable space. Plenty of room for everyone to stretch out! The kitchen is very well stocked. There is a beach cart along with 6 chairs and even some beach toys. We love the gulf coast and you will too❤️🏖️

Cape San Blas has been a place of natural beauty and childhood memories for as long as I can remember. We found an opportunity to leave town for a last minute vacation and Andy definitely accommodated us. From a short notice booking to a last minute decision to stay an extra night, the trip was everything we could ask for and more. The home was beautiful and well mantained, and it was a stones throw from the beach as well as the bay. I will definitely be back!

Five star for sure! Amazing house, so much space, and a short walk to a gorgeous picturesque boardwalk that leads to a sandy beach, shells and water! And the icing on the cake - the hosts are super kind and flexible!

If you’re looking for a beach house vacation where all you need to bring is a toothbrush, sunscreen, and a speedo, look no further. Great little house fully stocked with home, pool, and beach essentials. The pool is brand new. The HOA could add more chairs and umbrellas (out of the host’s control). We used some some beach equipment to get by. I expect the pool equipment will happen with time. But who needs a pool when you’re only 750 steps from the beach! We stayed with 5 adults and 5 kids ranging 3 months to 8 years old and had plenty of space, amenities, and equipment to live comfortably for 10 days. We could have stayed for the month and felt the same. The easiest 5 Star review I’ve ever written. Would love to stay again.

Great spot! Quiet and serene location. Andy and Travis were responsive and communicated well. Easy walk to the beach, new pool has easy access. New house with construction still on-going The construction wasn’t terrible and is almost complete. Great food spots, though most are a few mile drive away. Only recommendation for the future is that it would be nice to have an outdoor shower space somewhere.

This listing is a wonderful space to relax and get away from the world. The house itself is large and beautifully decorated. The patio offered a great outdoor space. This house was also only a few minutes walk to the boardwalk/beach!
