Lovely, comfortable place that was close to the beach. We loved the laid back vibe and beach access. Thoughtful amenities and the golf card and kayaks were a nice bonus.

I can’t speak highly enough about our stay. This was easily our favorite trip to the beach ever. We brought our two pups with us who made themselves right at home. The short walk through the neighborhood to the beach was perfect for us and the dogs to stretch our legs everyday. Everything we could ever need was already provided. We had one rainy day that we loved because it gave us the excuse to enjoy the house all day. We hope to come back soon.

Great house and great host! The house was very well kept and spacious. Our dogs loved the fenced yard and screened porch. Andy was very helpful and responsive with questions. He was very proactive with tips and information related to our stay. No complaints about our stay and we would highly recommend!

Andy's listing was perfect. My wife and I recently found out our dog has cancer and wanted to take her to the beach one more time. We wanted a nice Airbnb close to the water this one delivered. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The fully fenced yard is amazing if you have dogs.

Lovely spot close to the beach. We loved the fenced backyard for our dogs. If you want to take your hounds on a beach trip, this is a great option!

The place was great and an easy walk to the beach. The beach wasn't crowded and it was beautiful. We saw a huge pod of dolphins close up to the beach the first day. Stupid little nit picky things. The bedrooms don't have black out curtains and the thing blinds they have let tons of light in, from the master you get woken up to car lights from the main street because of the blinds. For the kids room its really hard to put kids down for a nap cause you can't make it dark. Another little thing, the beach supplies i would just check before you go. There was one very small umbrella and lots of broken stuff in the garage from previous travelors like old chairs and beach toys.

Andy’s place was perfect for us and our dog. It was close to the beach and the golf cart was a huge plus! There was an abundance of beach equipment available for use, shaded parking for the car (another bonus with the Florida heat), a fenced in yard and a beautiful property. Andy was a responsive and friendly host, always willing to help.

This place was fantastic for the short stay we had planned. Andy was extremely responsive and very accommodating. The home was very clean and the area was very quiet and in a convenient location on the cape. We appreciated the extra amenities on the property such as the golf cart and the kayaks. We loved the fenced in yard. We would recommend this home to anyone traveling to the cape that enjoys easy access to the beach and the bay.

The house was very clean with ana.azing amount of space. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, cutting boards and sharp knives. The pool was warm and well kept. It was only a few steps from the house. There were pickleball raquets at the house with a court next to the pool. A great family game! We enjoyed the bikes and the wagon for beach supplies. The neighborhood was quiet and very friendly. Andy, the host, was excellent. He went out of his way for anything we needed!!
